Christmas Cookie Decorating Class

Thank you for your interest in learning the use of royal icing to decorate cookies. If you’ve never worked with royal icing or have dabbled just a little, this class will help you get the ball rolling. Beginner classes will cover the basics of baking cookies, a few tips and tricks of the trade, but more importantly an introduction into the world of royal icing and cookie decorating! You will leave with an understanding of proper royal icing consistency as well as my icing recipe and an easy sugar cookie recipe. I will also provide a list of websites for further decorating inspiration and places to purchase supplies, not to mention a goodie bag and of course your 5 decorated cookies! My hope is you will leave with loads of inspiration and further enjoy the art of cookie decorating! Ages 10+ **This particular class ticket includes a complimentary glass of house wine for guests 21+.
